Processing of applications

When you apply for a job at Scanico, we process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Danish Data Protection Act.

Purpose

  • Your information will only be used for assessing your application and any potential employment with us.

Storage of applications

  • All applications from candidates not selected will be deleted once the recruitment process is concluded.
  • If a promising candidate is not selected for a position, we may request written consent to retain the application for up to 12 months.

Storage of unsolicited applications

  • If you are not considered for a position, your application will be deleted immediately after you receive our reply.
  • If you would like to give us consent to retain your application for up to 6 months for future career opportunities, please include the following statement in your email: “I give my consent to Scanico to retain my application for up to 6 months.”
  • If you have not already given consent to store your application and we consider your profile relevant for future positions, we will ask for your written consent to retain your application for up to 6 months. After this period, it will be permanently deleted.

Consent

  • Consent to store your application is not required in order to be considered for a position. All applications will be thoroughly evaluated.

Your rights

  • You have the right to access the data we have about you, the right to have inaccurate data corrected, and the right to have your data deleted.
