TwinImp Crust Freezer
The Scanico Crust Freezer, type TwinImp (TIC) is the perfect solution when it comes to crust-freezing of products. Using impingement airflow, a thin frozen crust layer is efficiently created on the surface of the product, allowing a better slicing and portioning performance. The method of circulating the air enables almost 100% utilization of the belt area, providing maximum capacity in minimum space.
